Position Opportunity: Thumbnail Designer (YouTube & Content Designs)
Project-Scale Pay:
You’ll design high-click thumbnails for YouTube and content platforms. Your job is to make people stop scrolling and click, using strong visuals, clear ideas, and smart composition. Thumbnails should communicate the idea instantly, not confuse or overload.
You should be motivated to improve, open to feedback, and treat every revision as a chance to get better. We care about learning what works and pushing for stronger CTR.
